Welcome to EVStream.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EVStream website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully before using EVStream.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using EVStream in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use EVStream.

1. About EVStream

EVStream is operated by Conic Solutions OÜ, an Estonian company.

2. What EVStream Is

EVStream is a browser-based IPTV player that allows users to access IPTV services they have legally obtained from third-party IPTV providers.

EVStream is software only.

EVStream does not provide:

• IPTV subscriptions;
• television channels;
• playlists;
• movies;
• television series;
• sporting events;
• radio stations;
• live broadcasts;
• video-on-demand libraries; or
• any copyrighted media content.

Users are solely responsible for obtaining IPTV services and ensuring they have the legal right to access the content they choose to watch.

3. Acceptance of These Terms

By using EVStream, you confirm that:

• you have read these Terms;
• you understand these Terms;
• you agree to comply with these Terms;
• you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement or have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by the laws of your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use EVStream.

4. Eligibility

EVStream is available worldwide.

There is no specific minimum age requirement to watch content through EVStream because the platform itself does not provide media content.

However, if you are under the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement in your country, you may use EVStream only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising minors using the Service.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features of EVStream, you must create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• provide accurate information;
• keep your login credentials secure;
• maintain the confidentiality of your password;
• promptly update inaccurate information.

You are responsible for activities performed using your account unless caused by unauthorized access beyond your reasonable control.

If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

6. IPTV Playlists

To use EVStream, you may choose to connect your IPTV provider by supplying:

• Server URL;
• Username;
• Password.

These credentials remain your property.

EVStream stores these credentials solely for the purpose of providing playback functionality.

Your IPTV password is encrypted before being stored.

You may update or remove your saved playlists at any time through your account.

EVStream does not inspect, verify, endorse, monitor, or moderate the IPTV content made available through your chosen provider.

7. Free Trial

Because IPTV providers differ significantly in their streaming technologies, codecs, authentication methods, playlist structures, and overall compatibility, EVStream encourages users to test the Service before purchasing a subscription.

Depending on current promotions and availability, EVStream may offer:

• a limited free usage period (such as a 20-minute trial followed by a cooldown period); or
• a promotional 7-day free trial.

Free trial offers may vary over time and may be changed, discontinued, or replaced without prior notice.

The purpose of any free trial is to allow users to verify compatibility with their IPTV provider, devices, and preferred viewing experience before purchasing a subscription.

8. Subscriptions

EVStream currently offers subscription plans that may include:

• Monthly subscriptions;
• Annual subscriptions;
• Lifetime plans;
• Promotional offers available from time to time.

The features included with each subscription are described on the EVStream website at the time of purchase.

We may introduce new subscription plans or modify available plans in the future.

Existing subscribers will continue receiving the pricing applicable to their active subscription unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

9. Lifetime Plans

Where offered, a Lifetime subscription grants access to EVStream for the lifetime of the EVStream service itself.

A Lifetime subscription does not guarantee that EVStream will operate indefinitely.

If EVStream is discontinued permanently, Lifetime subscriptions will also end.

Lifetime access may also be suspended or terminated in rare situations involving fraud, illegal activity, or serious violations of these Terms.

10. Payments

All subscription payments are securely processed through Stripe.

EVStream never receives or stores your complete payment card information.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Stripe to process payments in accordance with your selected subscription plan.

Applicable taxes may be charged where required by law.

Invoices and payment confirmations are issued through Stripe.

11. Subscription Management

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

If you cancel your subscription, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.

No additional charges will be made after cancellation unless you choose to subscribe again.

12. Refunds

We want you to have a positive experience with EVStream.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of the original purchase.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and explains eligibility, the refund process, and any applicable conditions.

Because IPTV providers differ significantly in their technologies and compatibility, we encourage all users to take advantage of any available free trial before purchasing a subscription whenever possible.

13. Service Improvements

EVStream is continuously evolving.

We regularly improve the Service by introducing new features, fixing bugs, improving compatibility, enhancing performance, and expanding device support.

From time to time, we may:

• introduce new functionality;
• modify existing features;
• discontinue specific features;
• improve integrations;
• change user interface elements;
• optimize playback technologies.

While we strive to avoid unnecessary disruption, some aspects of the Service may change as EVStream continues to evolve.

14. Your Responsibility as a User

You are responsible for using EVStream in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region.

By using EVStream, you confirm that any IPTV service, playlist, or content you access through EVStream has been obtained legally and that you have the necessary rights or authorization to access that content.

EVStream does not verify the legality of IPTV services or the content made available through third-party IPTV providers.

15. IPTV Providers and Content

EVStream is an independent IPTV player.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected with any IPTV provider unless explicitly stated.

Because IPTV providers operate independently from EVStream, we cannot guarantee:

• the availability of any IPTV service;
• the availability of specific channels or content;
• playlist accuracy;
• Electronic Program Guide (EPG) information;
• Catch-Up availability;
• Video-on-Demand libraries;
• subtitle availability;
• streaming quality;
• server uptime;
• authentication methods;
• channel organization; or
• future compatibility.

Changes made by your IPTV provider may affect how EVStream functions with that provider.

If your IPTV provider changes its servers, authentication methods, playlist format, codecs, streaming technology, or other technical requirements, additional updates to EVStream may be necessary.

16. Streaming and Compatibility

EVStream is designed to support a wide variety of IPTV providers and modern web browsers.

However, because IPTV providers use different technologies, codecs, authentication methods, media containers, and streaming protocols, compatibility cannot be guaranteed in every situation.

Performance may vary depending on factors including:

• your IPTV provider;
• your internet connection;
• your device;
• your operating system;
• your browser;
• your vehicle's browser (where applicable);
• your local network;
• your IPTV provider's server performance.

We continuously improve compatibility and introduce new playback technologies whenever possible.

17. Tesla Mode and Device Compatibility

EVStream includes features designed to improve playback compatibility on supported vehicles and devices, including Tesla vehicles.

These features are intended to enhance compatibility but should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every browser, vehicle, operating system, or hardware configuration will function identically.

Compatibility may vary depending on:

• vehicle software updates;
• browser limitations;
• manufacturer restrictions;
• IPTV provider configuration;
• streaming technologies used by the provider.

We regularly improve compatibility based on user feedback and technical advancements.

18. Service Availability

We strive to keep EVStream available, reliable, and continuously improving.

While we work to maintain a highly available platform, uninterrupted access cannot always be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• scheduled maintenance;
• software updates;
• infrastructure maintenance;
• unexpected technical issues;
• internet connectivity problems;
• failures affecting third-party services.

Additionally, EVStream cannot control interruptions caused by IPTV providers.

If your IPTV provider experiences outages, server issues, authentication failures, expired subscriptions, or other service interruptions, EVStream may be unable to play content until the provider resolves those issues.

19. Acceptable Use

We ask all users to use EVStream responsibly.

You agree not to:

• use EVStream in violation of applicable laws;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to EVStream systems or accounts;
• interfere with the normal operation of the Service;
• introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful software;
• attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or circumvent security measures protecting the Service;
• use automated tools in a manner that negatively impacts the stability or availability of EVStream.

These restrictions exist to protect the security, reliability, and experience of all users.

20. Suspension or Termination

We sincerely hope this section never needs to apply.

In rare situations, we may suspend or terminate access to EVStream where it is reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our users, or our business.

Examples include:

• fraudulent activity;
• illegal use of the Service;
• abuse of the platform;
• repeated violations of these Terms;
• payment fraud or chargeback abuse.

Whenever reasonably possible, we will seek to resolve issues with users before taking permanent action.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

21. Intellectual Property

EVStream, including its website, branding, design, graphics, software, user interface, logos, documentation, and other original materials, is owned by Conic Solutions OÜ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EVStream solely in accordance with these Terms.

22. Open Source Software

EVStream incorporates and relies upon various open-source software components.

These components remain subject to their respective open-source licenses.

Nothing in these Terms replaces or limits any rights granted under those applicable licenses.

We appreciate the open-source community and the technologies that help make EVStream possible.

23. Third-Party Services

EVStream integrates with third-party services that are necessary for operating the platform.

These may include services used for:

• payment processing;
• analytics;
• email delivery;
• infrastructure hosting;
• diagnostics;
• application performance.

Your use of those services may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective providers.

EVStream is not responsible for the operation, availability, or policies of third-party services that we do not control.

24. No Inspection or Moderation of IPTV Content

EVStream functions solely as a software player.

We do not inspect, verify, review, endorse, monitor, moderate, edit, or approve the IPTV content accessed through the Service.

Any television channels, movies, series, live broadcasts, recordings, subtitles, metadata, Electronic Program Guide (EPG) information, or other media displayed within EVStream originate from third-party IPTV providers selected by the user.

Responsibility for such content rests entirely with the respective IPTV provider and the user accessing that provider's service.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties

EVStream is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Conic Solutions OÜ disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that:

• EVStream will always be error-free;
• every IPTV provider will remain compatible;
• all features will always be available;
• playback will be uninterrupted;
• every browser or device will support every feature;
• third-party services will remain continuously available.

Despite these limitations, we are committed to continuously improving EVStream and providing timely support whenever reasonably possible.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Conic Solutions OÜ, its directors, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of EVStream.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• interruption of IPTV services;
• unavailable channels or content;
• outages affecting IPTV providers;
• changes made by third-party IPTV providers;
• loss of data caused by third-party services;
• business interruption;
• loss of profits;
• loss of revenue;
• loss of goodwill;
• device incompatibility;
• internet connectivity issues; or
• temporary interruptions of the EVStream platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any rights that cannot legally be excluded under consumer protection laws.

27. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conic Solutions OÜ, its employees, directors, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:

• your use of EVStream;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable laws;
• your use of IPTV services or content obtained from third parties;
• claims relating to content accessed through your chosen IPTV provider.

This provision does not apply where the claim results directly from our own negligence or unlawful conduct.

28. Force Majeure

Conic Solutions OÜ shall not be responsible for delays or failures in providing the Service caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Examples include:

• natural disasters;
• war;
• terrorism;
• civil unrest;
• labor disputes;
• internet failures;
• large-scale infrastructure outages;
• government actions;
• power failures;
• failures affecting third-party service providers.

Where reasonably possible, we will work to restore the Service as quickly as circumstances permit.

29. Changes to EVStream

EVStream is an evolving platform.

We may introduce new features, improve existing functionality, discontinue certain features, redesign parts of the user interface, or make technical changes in order to improve the Service.

Where changes materially affect users, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate those changes through the website, your account, or by email where appropriate.

Continued use of EVStream after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated functionality.

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• improvements to EVStream;
• changes in applicable laws or regulations;
• new features;
• changes to subscription offerings;
• updates to our business operations.

When we make material changes, we will update the Last Updated date shown at the beginning of these Terms.

Where required by applicable law, we may also provide additional notice through the EVStream website or by email.

Your continued use of EVStream after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

31. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of EVStream shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia, unless applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal rights available to consumers under applicable law.

32. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The invalid provision shall be interpreted, to the greatest extent possible, in a manner that most closely reflects its original intent while remaining legally enforceable.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Conic Solutions OÜ regarding your use of EVStream.

They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, communications, and representations relating to the Service.
